This weekend Laura, Matt, and I climbed Dog Mountain in the Columbia River Gorge. The gorge is known for being windy, and at highish elevations the wind can be brutal. Once we were nearing the tree line we saw several trees clearly affected by being in near-constant wind.

These are even more incredible - thank you SOOO much for sharing! All of them are irreplaceable - but you have to particularly love the dog ears in the wind:)
