One of the more charming qualities my husband possesses is a persistent need to sing made-up songs to our dogs. Here's a sampling of the key lines from a few songs over the last week or so:

(cheerfully sung to two soapy, forlorn dogs in our driveway)
Rudy Don't Get No Bootiiiiiiiiiie,
Cause His Mama Had His Balls Chopped Off!
(sung loud and long while I was making blueberry pancakes this morning)
